Our Bylaws were modified in April 19, 2007 to allow vendors to hold office.
Constitution
Our Association was established in 1976 as a non-profit organization for educational and scientific purposes. It shall be conducted to promote librarianship, to develop and increase the usefulness of law libraries, to cultivate the science of law librarianship and to foster a spirit of cooperation among the members of the profession.
